What are the cleaning fees for returned vehicles?

Cleaning fees range from $95 to $500, depending on the level of cleaning required.

Is there a fee for smoking or vaping in the vehicle?

Yes, there is a $500 fee for smoking or vaping in the vehicle.

What happens if there are damages to the interior of the car?

Naples Rental Car reserves the right to charge fees based on the extent of the interior damage. Charges will depend on the cost of repairs.

Can I add additional drivers to my rental?

Yes! Spouses can be added at no extra charge. Friends or family members can be added for $12.40 per day.

Do you offer parking at your location?

Yes, parking is available for $20 per day. However, Naples Rental Car is not responsible for damages, theft, or vandalism to parked vehicles.

Are there any surcharges for younger drivers?

Yes, drivers aged 21–25 will incur a $25 daily surcharge.

Is there a fee for out-of-state travel?

Yes, there is a $500 fee for travel to Georgia, South Carolina, or North Carolina. Other states may incur higher fees. Please contact us for details.

Do you provide pick-up and drop-off services?

Yes, we offer pick-up and drop-off to RSW Airport and other locations, subject to availability. Reservations must be made in advance, and additional fees apply.

Can I drop off the rental car at a different location?

Currently, Naples Rental Car only offers one pick-up and drop-off location, conveniently located just ½ mile from the Municipal Naples, Florida Airport.

What insurance options do you offer?

We provide several coverage options:

• Collision & Comprehensive Insurance: Covers damage to the rental vehicle for $35 per day.
• SLI (Supplemental Liability Insurance): Protects against third-party damages and can be combined with PAI/PEI for total coverage.
• RCLI (Rental Car Liability Insurance): Covers bodily injury and property damage for $29 per day.

Do you offer prepaid fuel options?

Yes, you can prepay for fuel to save time and avoid the hassle of refueling before returning the vehicle.

Can I prepay for cleaning?

Yes, you can anticipate cleaning needs and prepay $35–$100 to cover potential sand, stains, or heavy dirt. Prepaying helps avoid higher post-rental cleaning fees.
